Appliquer sur les joues, le front et le menton.
Placer le bout des doigts de part et d'autre de l'os nasal et masser en mouvements de lissage du nez
vers l'oreille.
En alternant avec les deux mains du côté gauche, lisser alternativement du centre du visage vers les
